Our beautiful brides have agreed to share their stories so others can hear about everything from their one-of-a-kind wedding, to their incredible partner, at a picture-perfect venue.<\/p>\n

Jilliann Kapnis and John Pezzulo<\/strong><\/p>\n

MARRIED: On September 28, 2019 Jilliann and John had a ceremony at the outdoor gazebo and reception in the Harborview Ballroom.
\nWHERE ARE YOU ORIGINALLY FROM? We are both born and raised in Salem, MA.
\nWHAT DO YOU DO FOR WORK? I\u2019m a nurse by profession, but right now I\u2019m a stay at home Mom. My husband owns his own plumbing business.<\/p>\n

HOW DID YOU MEET YOUR PARTNER? We were neighbors.<\/p>\n

WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE DANVERSPORT AND THE BALLROOM SPECIFICALLY? The elegance of the Harbor Ballroom<\/a> and the location made Danversport the best choice!<\/p>\n

HOW MANY GUESTS WERE IN ATTENDANCE ROUGHLY? 215 guests attended our wedding<\/p>\n

WHAT MENU DID YOU CHOOSE FOR CATERING? We offered the Prime Rib and Statler Chicken for the entree. Although I had the chicken fingers \ud83d\ude42 Our beautiful cake was done by Cakes for Occasions and our fantastic groom\u2019s cake was done by Flourish Bake Shoppe.<\/p>\n

WHAT WAS THE MOST MAGICAL MOMENT OF THE WEDDING FOR YOU? The most magical part about our wedding was finally becoming a \u201cfamily\u201d and being able to celebrate with the people we love most.<\/p>\n

DID YOU HAVE A WEDDING THEME OR WEDDING COORDINATOR? I didn\u2019t really have a theme per say. I just wanted it to be elegant and executed perfectly. Which it was. Our colors were navy with hints of silver and gold. Our coordinator was Ron and he did great. The entire staff was amazing!<\/p>\n

WHAT STYLE WAS YOUR DRESS? I wore an Allure bridal gown from Alexandra\u2019s Boutique.<\/p>\n

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST DANCE SONG CHOICE?
\nOur first dance with our children was to Beauty and the Beast by Mrs. Potts and our first dance as a couple was a mashup of Perfect\/Can\u2019t Help Falling in Love by Joey Stamper.<\/p>\n

WHO WALKED YOU DOWN THE AISLE? My father walked me down the aisle.<\/p>\n

WHAT WERE YOUR PLANS FOR A HONEYMOON? We just traveled to Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica<\/a> for 10 days and it was awesome \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

HAPPILY EVER AFTER<\/p>\n

Not many people can say they married the boy next door but it was meant to be for Jilliann and John. This family-centered wedding was a beautiful affair that included the children of this lovely couple. The addition of family and friends paired with a gorgeous day made for a picture perfect \u201chappily ever after for Jiliann and John.<\/p>\n
